Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a service order within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at flowntv.kids@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds for work that has already commenced are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• If cancellation occurs after the initial 24-hour period but before the first draft is delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
• Once a first draft of the animation or storyboard has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you through our revision process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
